WARNING: Licenses servers now operational
Dear customers,
Since this mid-afternoon, it is again possible for existing Caneco ONE users to obtain a valid license for your Caneco ONE solution.
Together with our service provider, we have provided a back-up system as a first step.
This guarantees you the fastest possible re-entry into the work with Caneco.
On this system the Keys website for the administration of the licenses is not yet available.
In the next step, the license administration will be set up again on the productive system, the usual functionality will be restored. We will also inform you about this step in a very timely manner.
We regret that this event of force majeure has occurred.
Please be assured that we are continuing to work resolutely to return our systems to their normal state as soon as possible.
